2) Customer Info

For new pets, add your pet’s name, breed, age, and their details.  Please ensure proof of vaccination is provided.  Click on BOOK NOW to add the information.

If a desired date or slot is not available, please contact us to check for cancellations or see how we can best accommodate your schedule.

3. Wait for Confirmation

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a message from us with. If your preferred time is unavailable, we will offer alternatives.

4. Day-of Appointment Instructions

• Ensure parking space is available
• Have your pet ready at the door

5. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits may be required for first-time clients or large breeds
• Accepted payment methods (Cash, card, Venmo, or Zelle).

8. Cancellation Policy Reminder

Please notify us 24–48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

9. Special Requests

For special cuts, skin sensitivities, or behavior notes, please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare properly.
